Please fill out your order form with a,b,c or d and leave a note of what you would like to do before returning your order. This is important because if your order arrives back with no details then we won't know what to do.
We only pay for a return once per order and only send one return label.
Free exchanges are for first time ordering customers only when ordering full price items. This does not include sale items.
Our free return policy is only in Ireland & Europe. All other countries must pay to return their order. Our return policy lasts 365 days (1 year). If 365 days have gone by since you received your full order unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you send your order back to us past the 365 day period then it will be sent back to you.
You have absolutely no risk if you want to buy something from us, try it on and send it back if you don't like it. Sale items are excluded from our free return policy. To learn more please see below "Sale Items"
You will be paid your refund through our Shopify online payments system.
You will be refunded within 2 - 10 workings days when we receive your order back.
Returned items are inspected and if there is any stains, marks, tears, tan make-up, bodily fluids or damage done to the product(s) then you will not receive a refund. Your item will be returned back to the address you used when you placed your order. All tags must still be on the items you received. If the tags are removed then we will not be able to give you a refund.
Returns are monitored and if a customer is found to have returned multiple times then you may be banned from shopping with us. Customers who intend on purchasing our products just to take social media images and then return our products will also be banned from shopping with us again.
You will only get free returns once for each order. For example: If you order 2 items and you return 1 then we will pay for postage but if you decide to return the second item at a later date then you will have to pay for your own postage. This does not include sale items.
If you have worn your order and noticed a fault/damage/tear then you will receive a replacement pair. You will not be refunded because the clothes were worn.
If your order is under €50 then you will not receive back your €6 postage fee back.
To start your return process:

Step 2: We will send you a free return label via An Post to your address
Step 3: Stick this on your package and send it back to us
Step 4: Your refund will be processed within 7 days if all of your items are in the same condition we received them in with tags attached.
*only 1 return label will be sent to you. If you do not receive it then you will have to pay for shipping it back to us and we will refund you by getting your postage receipt and iban number. We will cover costs of up to €10.
Your free An Post shipping label is tracked and if we find you used it for anything other than sending your return back to us then you will be charged a fee of €10.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of you receiving your order.
First time shopping with us? You can exchange your very first order with us for free. This does not include sale items and is only full priced items. We do this so you can check your size towards our clothes and see if they fit. To avail of this, please fill out your order form and send us your postage receipt and iban number so we can transfer your postage.
All other exchanges: If you have ordered from us more than once and want to exchange your item then you will have to pay for posting it back to us.
Once your item is received and inspected and has passed our inspection then we will notify you by email of your new tracking number for your new exchanged order.
Orders marked as delivered but have not arrived at your address: If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we will launch an investigation with our courier. If the courier can't come to a conclusion then you will receive your items again, free of charge. You will not be refunded any money under these circumstances. If we find out that you are not telling the truth then we will not offer a refund and you will be banned from shopping with Sarah Jayy.
Unfortunately these things happen with online shopping but we know 99% of people are honest.
If you wish to cancel your order then please let us know within 2 hours if you have ordered between 8am and 3pm on a working day as we ship out orders everyday. If you order any other time please let us know within 12 hours and we will cancel your order and refund you on the same day.
If items are faulty when they arrive: We will pay for your postage to return your order and give you a full refund. We must be contacted within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Then you will have to post your package to us. When we receive your package and receipt of postage you will get a full refund or a replacement. Contact us on how to return your item at email@example.com
Items where the colour may run or transfer are not classed as faulty items and we will not be responsible if this happens. Due to materials we use, the colour may transfer and this is clearly stated on our Sizing & Product Care tab before you purchase.
If you notice a fault within your item after you wear them then we are happy to replace them for you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When will my money go back into my bank account?: Your money will be refunded into your account within 2 to 10 days from the day we receive your return. This depends on the payment method used.
Our new return policy is valid from June 12th 2020. All orders prior to this are not free to be returned and had a 14 day expiry date.
Sale items depending if they are end of season or discontinued then you will not get a refund unless faulty. If sale items are buy x get x free then you will only be refunded half of what you paid. You can get an exchange equivalent to what you paid for your item or store credit equivalent to what you paid.
Promotions: If you buy something on one of our promotions and there is free items included then you will have to return the free items to get your full refund. If this free item isn't returned then you will be charged the equivalent of it's value from your refund.
