 After you you click "ADD TO CART" and then the "CHECKOUT" button you will be taken to a secure page to fill out your name, address and payment details.

You will then be notified with your order confirmation email. The next email you will receive after that is your tracking information email.

We ship out our orders every working day from Limerick, Ireland. This is Monday - Friday except for holidays, so expect to receive your order fast. 

 All orders come with free tracked delivery when you spend over €50 in Ireland.

If you spend below €50 then you will have to pay €5.00 for shipping.

Delivery times are quick and can take 1 - 3 days in Ireland. (Due to the pandemic there could be a slight delay)

United Kingdom & Europe: If you order from the UK or any country in the EU, then your order may take around 5 working days to arrive.

There will also be a charge of €10 for shipping your order if you spend below €100. If you spend more than €100 then your shipping will be free.

United States: If you order from USA then it may take 7 to 14 days to arrive.

 There will also be a charge of €20 for shipping your order. 

Risk Free Returns:

If you are not totally in love with your clothing then you can return your items within 365 days for FREE. Yes, that is 1 full year you have to return your order and we will give you all of your money back plus postage, no questions asked.

This free return policy is available in Ireland and the EU only. All other countries will have to pay for returning their items to us.

Your items must be returned in their original condition with no marks, tears, stains or fluids etc on them.

Your money will be refunded to you within 2 to 10 working days when we receive your order. We will refund you your postage fee via bank transfer so please hold on to your receipt when posting your order back to us.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange your items then an exchange must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order. Exchanges are not free and posting your item back to us will have to be paid for by you.  

Quality is our main value here at Sarah Jayy but if you ever receive a faulty or damaged item it will be fully refunded by us within the 14 day period from the day you receive your order.
